VERSYSS provides user training in a
variety of formats: Onsite Training -
Sometimes, nothing is
better than having one of our Trainers onsite training you side by side as
you work on your system. Trainers can
customize their content to address your specific issues, and work with
individuals or group sessions. Contact
the Training Department to discuss your desired schedule and pricing at training@versyss.com. On Demand Training –
On Demand training exclusively for your company is always
available for purchase at an hourly rate plus phone charges. During these private customized training
sessions the focus is on a specific topic, issue, or procedure based on your
requirements. We’ll work with you to
produce specific reports or outline the steps to efficiently complete a
process. You tell us what your needs
are. Training is delivered online via
the Internet using our GoTo Meeting service. Companies without a fast Internet connection (Cable
or DSL) can select Phone Only training provided a working modem connection is
available. Scheduled
Training – Versyss offers a variety
of scheduled classes open to all customers with a current software
maintenance contract at no charge. The
only cost is the phone call into the session.
The classes cover specific topics and are open to all customers. This classes are
also held online using or GoToMeeting service. When you register for a scheduled class,
you will receive an email confirmation with information about the class, and
a link to join in at the appropriate time.
You will be given a phone number to call to join in on the conference
call. Requires a fast internet
connection (Cable/DSL/Satellite/T1) to participate. See the posted schedule and catalog on our
website for available classes for your software. If you see a class in the catalog that is
not on the schedule, you may choose to do an On Demand training session on
this topic. .Recorded Sessions – VERSYSS will
post a growing collection recorded training sessions that you can watch over
and over again 24 hrs a day, to learn more about specific topics. Ideal for brushing up on areas or topics
you don’t use everyday, or for new employee training before attending a class
or training session. Registration Information TO ENROLL IN ONLINE WEBINARS OR CLASSES: Review the
class schedules and catalog on our website, and send an email to Training@versyss.com
. (Note: pre-registration for all
classes is required.) IF YOU CAN’T EMAIL OR GO ONLINE – don’t
worry. Just call your support line,
and ask the friendly voice to have someone call you regarding signing up for
a class. We ask that you enroll in a class(es) at least two weeks
prior to the scheduled day. Classes will be cancelled if no registrations are
received two weeks prior to the class date. Late enrollment is possible
if the class has openings. Once a registration
information is received, VERSYSS will call or email you to confirm that there
is space available in the class. All classes are subject to availability.
Please call if you cannot attend the class. This gives others the chance to
occupy the vacant seat. Keep learning – knowledge is the key! |
